Radiant Flo is held in Anya's home in Carlsbad: a quiet room, mats and blankets, candlelight, sound, and a circle small enough that nobody is anonymous.
Each ceremony has only five spaces. You arrive, take off your shoes, and settle in. The address stays private, shared only when you reserve, so the space stays what it is: a home, opened for ceremony.
Anya is a Kundalini Activation facilitator, a BodyTalk and BodyIntuitive practitioner, and a former occupational therapy practitioner of nearly two decades. She has lived and practiced in North County for years; many of the people in the circle found her through a friend who had.

Is this the same as the Kundalini yoga classes in Encinitas?
No. Kundalini yoga is an active practice of postures, breath and mantra. Kundalini Activation is received lying down; nothing is performed. Many people come to Radiant Flo after years of yoga and find it a different doorway.
