Most energy healing in San Diego is Reiki. Radiant Flo is built around Kundalini Activation: a transmission-based practice in which your own life-force energy is invited to move, rather than energy being sent to you.
Anya came to this work through the body. A former occupational therapy practitioner of nearly two decades, she trained in energy medicine as a BodyTalk and BodyIntuitive practitioner, then found Kundalini Activation, which changed the course of her life and became Radiant Flo. In a private session she works intuitively with energy, sound, presence and Light Language, following what your system asks for rather than a script.

Where is Radiant Flo in San Diego?
In Carlsbad, in North County San Diego, about thirty-five minutes north of downtown on the 5. Sessions are held in a private home temple; the address is shared when you book. Online sessions are available from anywhere.
What kind of energy healing does Anya do?
Kundalini Activation is the signature work. Private sessions can also include intuitive energy work drawn from BodyTalk and BodyIntuitive, sound, and Light Language, guided by what the session asks for. It is not Reiki, though people who love Reiki often find it a natural next step.
Do you offer sound healing in San Diego?
Yes. Sound is woven into every lunar ceremony in Carlsbad, and private sessions can center on sound when that is what you need. See the sound bath page for dates.
How do I choose between a ceremony and a private session?
Come to a ceremony if you want to experience the work in a circle at a gentle price. Book a private session if you are carrying something specific, or want the whole ninety minutes held for you.
Is energy healing covered by insurance?
No. Kundalini Activation and energy healing are complementary practices, not medical treatment, and are paid directly.
