Kundalini Activation

Woven through our days

Kundalini Activation will move with us throughout the retreat rather than belonging to one room or one moment. We'll have daily activations, sometimes woven into our time at the house and other times offered out on the land, at sacred sites, or within the spaces we enter together. I want the energy to become part of the journey itself, responsive to where we are, what we are experiencing, and what is unfolding within the group. Each day offers another opportunity to receive, explore and deepen your relationship with your own life-force energy.

The Sacred Land

The mountain is part of the ceremony.

Much of our time is spent outside, on the land, moving slowly enough to notice what is here.

We'll explore some of the places on and around Mount Shasta that have drawn seekers here for generations. We'll walk through the forests, visit the waters, and gather at sacred sites.

The Pyramid

Curiosity is enough

One of the more unusual experiences of our journey takes us inside the pyramid temple held by Omaran and Antera. We'll enter this space for meditation and transmission, exploring consciousness in an environment created specifically for spiritual practice. You don't have to decide beforehand what any of it means. Curiosity is enough.

Evening Beneath the Sky

Wonder together

One evening we'll turn our attention toward the sky. We'll gather beneath the stars for meditation, observation and conscious exploration of our relationship with the cosmos. For those who already feel connected to starseed consciousness or galactic realms, this may feel familiar. For others, it may simply be an extraordinary opportunity to sit beneath the Mount Shasta sky and wonder together.
